Arnie Fertig, Founder and Head Coach of jobhuntercoach.com brings to every client his experience as a veteran recruiter, human resources consultant, and rabbi. These seemingly diverse roles are united by a concern for people, and an ability to stimulate personal, professional, and organizational growth. He brings to each client his first hand knowledge of strategies and methods companies  utilize to recognize and recruit talented individuals. He inverts the headhunting process to help jobhunters target and acquire the positions that will best fit their unique set of skills, accomplishments, and education.

Recently he has led a seminar for Human Resources professionals in transition, spoken to a networking group of more than 120 people, and been an on-air guest for a one hour radio call-in show on WBNW Radio in Boston. As well, he spoke to his Marathon Chapter, BNI in Newton, MA introducing jobhunter coaching concepts.
