JOBHUNTERCOACH provides customized services to each client based on the individual's needs and objectives. Normally, coaching takes place by phone in one hour sessions. In some situations, it makes sense for clients to work with our normal hourly fee. However, we do offer service packages for those individuals who want help with particular areas of the jobhunt, or who want continuous access to a coach throughout the length of the the jobhunt.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULT: We offer a free, no obligation initial conversation to anyone with an interest in using the services of JOBHUNTERCOACH.COM. During this discussion we will get to know each other, identify goals, and discuss ways in which we can work together.

Sample coaching packages:

Defining the Target: Together we review your career to identify areas of accomplishment, skills acquired, career path, and your objectives. We begin to lay out your Jobhunter strategy. We explore ways to utilize your current network of contacts, and how to expand and utilize it in your jobhunt.

Preparing for the Jobhunt: Together we review your current resume and identify ways for improvement, or create an entirely new resume as needed. We create positioning statements, refine your "elevator speech", and build additional messaging. We work to create and/or improve your personal brand. We discuss ways to identify and access the hidden job market, to identify and utilize online tools available for your jobhunt.

Written Messaging: Every jobhunter needs a well crafted resume and cover letter. These documents should not be a recitation of current or previous responsibilities. Rather, they are marketing tools to factually demonstrate the jobhunter's skills, achievements, and qualifications for a particular opportunity. We will craft these based on how to best present the jobhunter to get the all important interview. And then we will discuss ways in which a well honed Thank You note can fulfill not only the etiquette of the jobhunt, but in addition be another critical piece of your jobhunt strategy.

LinkedIn Basics & Beyond: Leverage the power of online social networking sites like LinkedIn and others in building your brand, expanding your network, finding others to help you, and helping others to find you. Learn both the basics and then go beyond to understand how to leverage your online presence as a critical element of your Jobhunt.

Building Your Interview Skills: Learn how to respond to the toughest interview questions, and to understand "the question behind the question." Learn how you are being perceived and be certain that your messaging is on target. Together we will do trial interviews, evaluate and improve your interview performance.

Ongoing Coaching: Be secure in having a coach available to you on a retained basis throughout your jobhunt. This package includes all the others, plus additional coaching as needed throughout your jobhunt. Ongoing Coaching is available for a fixed monthly fee.

Individuals who purchase any of the packages listed above will receive a 10% reduction in the normal hourly coaching fee.

All coaching services must be paid for in advance, either with a personal check or by PayPal.
